ENDOXAN:
Cyclophosphamide is used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute monocytic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic granulocytic leukemia, ovarian adenocarcinoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, endometrial cancer, multiple myelosuppression, types of lymphoma, and Wilms' tumor. It is also used as an adjuvant drug to reduce the activity of the immune system to prevent transplant rejection, nephrotic syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus erythematosus.
